INTERNATIONAL THEATER PRODUCTIONS:
Udruga PlaY! creates original biographical theatre productions that explore personal and collective experiences. Our performances have toured internationally and create space for dialogue, reflection, and audience engagement.
I AM THE SAME YET SO DIFFERENT
Play written and performed by Hashem Hashem - Dramaturg and Director : Patricia Nammour
I Am the Same, Yet So Different is a biographical theatre production exploring transformation, memory, and continuity through the parallel journeys of a person and a city. Rooted in the story of Hashem and the evolving landscape of Beirut, the performance reflects on what it means to undergo profound change while carrying the essence of what has always existed.
Set against the backdrop of Beirut before and after the 2020 port explosion, the work weaves personal narrative with collective experience, revealing how places and people may appear altered, yet remain deeply connected to their original pulse.
Through storytelling, presence, and poetic reflection, the performance opens a space where fragility, resilience, and identity coexist, inviting audiences into dialogue and shared contemplation.
The play was presented internationally, including performances in Beirut, Paris, Pantin, the National Theatre of Brussels, and Switzerland.
OSE: ORGASM SYSTEM ERROR
Play co-written by Patricia Nammour & Claire De Guernel - Performed By Claire De Guernel and Directed By Patricia Nammour
OSE is a biographical theatre production exploring the power of the feminine and the consequences of silence surrounding the body and intimate knowledge. The performance reveals how, in the absence of awareness, one can become shaped and influenced by external forces such as relationships, social expectations, and cultural conditioning.
Through personal narrative and embodied performance, OSE becomes a journey of reclaiming voice, autonomy, and inner authority. It invites audiences into a space of reflection, recognition, and dialogue.
The play toured internationally and was presented in Beirut, Lebanon first, then France, including Avignon, Paris, Montreuil, Rennes, and Nantes, where it created meaningful exchanges with audiences following each performance.
